ReGrow project represented in WORK III conference in December
The third and final part of the WORK2021 conference series will be held virtually 8-9 December 2021. Tero Kuusi, researcher of the ReGrow project, chairs the research stream “Climate Change and Work”. The stream will discuss the changes that sustainable development will bring about in economic systems. Kuusi will also present the key findings of the report The effects of climate policy on employment: A Finnish perspective, published by the Prime Minister’s Office in April 2021.
ReGrow researchers Anne Kovalainen and Seppo Poutanen chair the stream “Digital Society, Technology and Work” together with Lena Weber and Julia Gruhlich, researchers at the University of Paderborn. Kovalainen presents her research on workspaces at home during the covid-19 in this research stream. In addition, Poutanen and Kovalainen will present their research results in the stream “Digitalisation, COVID-19 and Changes in Work Life”. They present the results of a study on how Finland survived the sudden transition to remote work and working remote in spring and autumn 2020.
